Hand-worked in oxidised sterling silver, this pendant follows the outline of a pointed mihrab niche. The openwork interior is a girih lattice of interlocking eight-point stars—an ornament common on 15th-century Timurid tile panels. At the centre, an emerald-cut green stone (emerald) is bezel-set, its deep colour contrasting with the airy silver tracery. A small bail lets the piece hang like a miniature mosque window, blending classical Persian geometry with contemporary jewellery craft.
